Duties
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver high-quality car wash services efficiently and courteously
- Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment that meets safety regulations
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize workflow and productivity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment and facilities to uphold cleanliness and operational standards
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams within cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and manage staff effectively
- Prior management or supervisory experience in commercial services preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
