Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Directs and manages junior project managers, either within the organization structure of a large capital project or multiple smaller projects.
- Fosters client relationships and resolves issues escalated by junior project managers.
- Guides project teams through the collaborative delivery process.
- Manages project lifecycle from procurement through preconstruction, construction, and close out.
- Coordinates corporate resources to the benefit of project success.
- Recruits, trains, and develops junior staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 10 years of relevant project delivery experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Must have GC/CM project delivery experience or a similar collaborative model.
- Experience executing heavy civil construction projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Concrete structures, MSE Walls, Rail, Transit, Wastewater project experience.
- Experience working with clients in the greater Seattle, WA area.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage changing deadlines and work well under pressure for multiple team leaders.
- Work independently and effectively to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skill.

The salary range for this position is between $210,000 - $250,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
