Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Consultant with strong Banking domain experience and hands-on expertise in Collibra implementation and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have experience driving enterprise data governance initiatives, metadata management, data quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance programs within large financial institutions.
Required Skills
- Collibra Certified Professional (Mandatory)
- 8 years of experience in Data Governance/Data Management
- Strong experience with Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC)
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience required
- Expertise in Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Quality
- Experience with regulatory compliance initiatives (BCBS 239, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Data Governance initiatives for banking applications
- Configure and manage Collibra workflows, policies, and governance processes
- Collaborate with business/data owners to define governance standards
- Drive data quality, lineage, and metadata management activities
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements
- Work closely with Data Architects, Analysts, and Engineering teams
