The Sushi Roll Chef position is responsible for preparing rolls/maki, hand rolls, some sushi, and vegetable prep. You must be comfortable working in a high volume setting. Willing to train the right person but experience and familiarity with Japanese ingredients and cuisine is a plus. Must be able to work nights and weekends as the shift is not flexible. Tuesday-Saturday 1:30-8:30.
