This is a full-time on-site role for a Daycare Director located in Kennesaw, GA. The Daycare Director will oversee daily operations of the daycare facility, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing age-appropriate programs, managing budgets, communicating with parents, and implementing educational activities that align with the organization's Christ-centered values.
- Leadership and management skills, including staff supervision, team coordination, and decision-making.
- Early childhood education knowledge and experience with curriculum development, program planning, and childcare best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, parents, and children.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Christian education or who demonstrate alignment with the mission and values of Shiloh Hills are highly encouraged to apply.
