- Establish and maintain your own clinic within our facility or in your own facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Build and nurture relationships with patients, fostering long-term loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals, ensuring seamless and coordinated healthcare services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and promote the growth of your practice.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Mississippi.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen, with a passion for building and growing a successful practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, staff, and community partners.
