JOIN THE TEAM
We are looking for ambitious, outside of the box thinkers and creatives to help us grow our channels. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating videos, has a good eye for detail, and is always looking for ways to improve. If you are creative, hardworking, and have a desire to help us continue our work, we want you! We are looking for individuals who can bring new and innovative ideas to the table. We are based in the greater Nashville area and are willing to help relocate the right candidate.
POST-PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Post-Production Supervisor who combines strong hands-on editing skills with the organizational rigor to keep our post-production pipeline running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of craft and coordination: you’ll cut and shape footage across our main production scripted channel, our un-scripted challenge channel, and our gaming videos, while also owning the tracking and health of every project moving through post. You’ll take the lead in rolling out and maintaining a new editing workflow across the team, making sure editors, assets, and deadlines stay aligned from ingest to final delivery.
This is a highly creative position that still requires someone with a YouTube-native style; quick, punchy edits, bold motion graphics, and a strong sense of pacing and retention. Alongside your editing work, you’ll be the person who knows the status of every project in post, flags bottlenecks before they become problems, and keeps the workflow evolving as the team grows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere
- Track and manage all active post-production projects across the scripted, un-scripted, and gaming channels, keeping a clear view of status, ownership, and deadlines
- Own the rollout and day-to-day management of a new editing workflow, including training editors, documenting processes, and refining the system as needs change
- Set up and maintain project tracking tools (e.g., production trackers, task boards) so the whole team has visibility into what’s in progress, in review, and delivered
- Coordinate timelines across multiple editors and channels, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts or resource gaps
- Serve as the point of contact between editors, senior editors, and creative leads on project status and priorities
- Ensure consistent file organization, media management standards, and version control across all active projects
- Identify inefficiencies in the post-production pipeline and recommend or implement process improvements
- Highly accountable and reliable, consistently hitting or exceeding deadlines for both editing deliverables and project milestones
- Assembling and editing cuts
- Adding creative flair: animations, transitions, music, and sound design to enhance the viewing experience
- Working with Senior Editors and creative leads on content pacing and viewer engagement
- Working alongside other editors to share techniques, improve workflows, and maintain consistent quality
- Open to feedback, and able to incorporate notes quickly and effectively
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with motion graphics, rotoscoping, and basic compositing techniques using After Effects
- Prior experience in a production coordinator, post-production supervisor, or project management role
- Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Frame.io, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
- Sound design
- Sound mixing
- Experience with multi-camera editing
- Knowledge of up-to-date internet & meme culture
