Marketing & Brand Engagement Representative (Full-Time | On-Site)

We’re expanding our team and looking for individuals who want to build real marketing experience in an environment where performance, communication, and consistency actually matter.
This is a hands-on role focused on live campaigns and direct engagement, not behind-the-scenes digital work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting marketing campaigns through in-person brand representation
- Engaging with customers to communicate offers, services, and promotions
- Contributing to customer acquisition and sales through daily interactions
- Learning how campaigns are executed, tracked, and improved
- Working with a team to maintain strong performance across active campaigns
