We are looking for an Events Assistant to act as a team liaison on behalf of brands we represent.
Ultimately, you will contribute to building long-term consumer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute public outreach for brands
- Face to face interaction with potential customers
- Provide after-sales support for retention purposes
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
- Report on the Subscription retention
- Communicate subscription pricing details clearly
Requirements and skills
- Must be 18
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Can commute to Landover, MD 5 days per week
- Available to start ASAP
- Great communication Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Competitive mindset
