About the Opportunity:
Shik Consulting is a fast-growing, face-to-face promotions and sales firm. We specialize in live, in-person sales campaigns across the MD/DC area — where people live, shop, and work. We are currently seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our expanding team as Entry Level Sales Associates.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the move, engaging with people in retail environments, community spaces, workplaces, and live events. If you're looking to break into sales, enjoy speaking with people, and thrive in a performance-based culture, this could be your next great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Representing well-known brands through in-person, face-to-face interactions across Maryland and Washington, DC
• Working in high-traffic areas including retail locations, community centers, and business districts
• Acquiring new customers or long-term donors (depending on the campaign)
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Handling rejection with professionalism and persistence — resilience is key
• Collaborating with a dynamic and energetic team to drive results and celebrate wins

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time availability required (Monday–Saturday availability preferred)
• This is a fully in-person role — remote work is not available
• Campaigns take place in various locations across MD and DC
