In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for our service desk, providing technical support and resolving complex issues that require advanced troubleshooting skills. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Sarasota, Florida.

- Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting for diverse client environments
- Act as an escalation point for the service desk, resolving issues while providing awesome customer service
- Proactively monitor client systems to ensure optimal performance and security
- Support experience in an MSP environment.
- Strong Windows desktop support, troubleshooting, and deployment skills.
- Moderate networking knowledge and basic Windows server administration skills.
- Experience supporting mobile devices and Microsoft 365, including cloud-based email.
- Ability to respond to support requests efficiently while remaining calm, professional, and communicative.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites up to 100 miles away.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately five times per year, handling occasional after-hours support requests.
