ABOUT SHIFT
Shift is building the dataset that trains the next generation of physical AI— partnering with everyday people and businesses to capture first-person footage of real-world tasks like cleaning, repairs, cooking, and trade work. We’re a small, fast-moving team scaling our operator and partner programs across the U.S. You’ll own real work from day one and, over time, contribute to the broader robotics and AI research happening at microagi.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a driven early-career operator— someone who's already juggling multiple projects, isn't afraid to figure things out on the fly, and wants to learn how a scrappy startup actually operates. You'll work across growth and ops: running outreach, tracking funnels, maintaining relationships with our business partners, and building the lightweight tools that keep a small team moving fast.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run operator and partner outreach — emails, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Track and report on funnel performance across acquisition channels
- Build and maintain internal trackers, spreadsheets, and automations
- Jump in wherever needed — ops gaps, content, partner issues, data cleanup
- Work directly with leadership; high visibility, high ownership
