Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
-Previous Serving experience preferably in fine dining
-Wine and Cocktail Guru
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
-Proactive work ethic
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests
- Understanding of the food industry, including food pairing recommendations
