SHIFT into Organized is seeking a motivated and creative Content & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is designed for students who are looking to gain real-world experience in entrepreneurship, branding, content creation, and small business operations while earning academic credit through their college or university.

This is an unpaid internship structured as a learning experience, not employment, and is best suited for students needing internship hours or academic credit for their degree program.

This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at building a growing service-based brand from the ground up.

Internship Focus & Learning Experience

Interns will gain hands-on exposure in areas such as:

• Brand storytelling and visual marketing
• Small business operations and entrepreneurship
• Client experience and service-based business systems
• Content creation and social media strategy
• Content planning, organization, and execution
• Observing real-time business decision-making and workflow

This is a learning-first role, with mentorship and guided experience provided throughout the internship.

Academic Credit (Important)

This internship may be eligible for academic credit through your college or university.

Students are responsible for confirming eligibility with their academic advisor or internship coordinator.

SHIFT into Organized is happy to complete any required documentation needed by your institution to support your internship credit approval process.

Timeline
