Data & Compliance Analyst – Turn Data Into Impact
Do you enjoy digging into data, spotting trends, and helping organizations make smarter decisions? CLIMB Fund is looking for a Data & Compliance Analyst to support our mission of empowering small businesses and strengthening communities.
In this role, you’ll combine data analysis, compliance reporting, and investor relations support to help drive funding opportunities, maintain regulatory standards, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do
· Research potential investors, grant opportunities, and funding sources.
· Support investor relations by preparing reports, due diligence responses, and investor materials.
· Maintain accurate records of investor interactions in the CRM.
· Ensure fundraising and investment activities comply with applicable regulations.
· Develop and maintain compliance and impact reports.
· Analyze client and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
· Create clear reports and data visualizations for internal teams.
· Collaborate with colleagues across departments to turn business questions into actionable insights.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
· Experience with federal compliance reporting
· Experience with SQL, database management, or data aggregation.
· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
· Knowledge of CDFI
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
