Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting
• Research target accounts within Private Equity, M&A, and Corporate Development
• Manage and maintain organized prospect pipelines within HubSpot
• Execute phone-heavy, multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Leverage AI-driven prospecting and sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility
• Continuously improve messaging, talk tracks, and outbound performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly coachable, competitive, and disciplined mindset
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, metrics-driven environments
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools preferred
• AI-native mindset and willingness to learn quickly

Compensation

$55K Base Salary

$75K OTE
