About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a premier Private Wealth firm seeking a relentless, detail-oriented Associate Advisor. This is not a back-office administrative role; it is an entrepreneurial launchpad to learn the wealth management business from the ground up, with a clear path to becoming a full Advisor with your own book of business. Working side-by-side with senior leaders, you will dive into portfolio management, rigorous investment research, and financial planning. We back this expectation with a highly competitive $100,000 base salary (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy & data: Assist senior advisors in executing elite financial plans, conducting deep-dive portfolio analysis, and monitoring client investments.
- Drive execution: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and custodians to manage account updates, transfers, and trades without dropping the ball.
- Arm the frontline: Perform rigorous market research to prepare compelling meeting materials and client presentations.
- Build the business: Actively contribute to proactive business development initiatives to accelerate the firm's growth.
Qualifications
- Former college, professional, or Olympic athlete, or military veteran.
- Strong foundation: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Execution machine: Exceptional organizational skills, capable of aggressively multi-tasking and managing complex client dynamics.
- Communicate with power: Capable of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable solutions.
- Certified (or ready to be): FINRA licenses (Series 65 or 66, SIE, Series 7) and CFP® designations are highly preferred.
