SHIFT Garage β Sioux Falls
Mechanic Job Description
SHIFT GARAGE OVERVIEW
The SHIFT Garage was founded out of a church in Rapid City, SD in 2012. Since then it has grown both at that location and now at a second location in Sioux Falls, SD. At each location hundreds of families in individuals receive low-cost free labor repairs to their vehicles each year. In addition, our new UpSHIFT program adds a dealership program to our repair side making us a more complete vehicle solution for our clients. We are now both a nonprofit garage and nonprofit dealership. This means that we move a lot more vehicles through our system each year, placing them with people in need. You have the opportunity not only to work in the automotive industry but also do something even more fulfilling and meaningful with that effort at the same time. Join us as we make reliable transportation a reality for the low-income and under-served in our area.
