Program Specialist – West Coast Account  
Shift Digital is the leader in digital marketing program optimization. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan, our comprehensive solutions help national brands and their local retailers measure, manage, and improve the performance of their digital marketing and sales initiatives. 
As part of the Account Management team, the Program Specialist will provide support to our client facing teams for a major Automotive brand. This person will work to support the client, client facing teams and top automotive digital marketing agencies, analyzing program analytics, reporting requests, data analysis, program compliance, program communication and identifying opportunities to innovate digital marketing in the automotive industry.

The Program Specialist reports to the Program Manager over this account.  
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support for an OEM Automotive Digital Marketing Program through data analysis, report generation, client presentations and vendor management. 
  • Monitor project status and open issues and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency across Digital Advertising, Website, and Dealer Tools  
  • Work with internal and external teams to maintain and improve program-specific technology 
  • Build engaging vendor relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations. 
  • Heavy use of Excel to churn, analyze and develop program performance reports weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.  
  • Assist the Program Manager in making recommendations using insights from your data analysis, and present to the client as requested. 
  • Provide analysis of product performance and services using a variety of industry leading analysis tools. 
  • Facilitate QA process for the digital advertising, website and tools programs, with the longer-term goal of leading QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client. 
  • Provide support in creating communication materials to help build awareness and confidence in your program include marketing, training, and reporting. 
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify new products or data opportunities to improve the value of the program 
  • Work with the dealer support team on important communication initiatives and help with issue resolution 
Required Experience and Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required  
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in Marketing, Sales or related fields 
  • Project Management and/or Account Management skills 
  • Digital Marketing and/or Digital Analytics experience 
  • Client support / presentation experience 
  • Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts) 
  • Candidates will be required to complete an Excel skills test 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including articulating data findings and analyses 
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to promote a collaborative team environment and add value to the client relationship 
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated 
  • Automotive experience is a plus 
  • Understanding of the digital marketing space – Google/Meta Advertising and Website Experience  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills 
  • Desire to innovate and manage your own projects 
 
At Shift, many factors are taken into account when determining a reasonable compensation range for any given role. Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: skillset, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only. While we do provide an estimated salary range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $55,000 - $65,000.
