Job description:

Shift Consultation LLC provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We are looking for reliable, kind and flexible individuals to provide in-person visits and interviews with our clients and their caregivers. Our work is primarily with aging adults who live in care settings. These meetings are a crucial part of getting to know our clients, their environment and their needs. Behavior Specialists work with a supervisor to perform assessments, write behavior plans, train teams and provide ongoing support to existing clients. Our clients live all throughout Central and Eastern Oregon so residence in Burns is not required. Applicants from cities around Ontario, La Grande, Bend and John Day will be considered.

This position is a combination of remote work and in-person visits which are scheduled at your own convenience. It is a part time, W-2 position. Pay is determined based on experience level and all drive time is paid at your typical rate. If a candidate has experience in implementing and writing positive behavior support plans they will be eligible for the higher range of pay.

Requirements:

- Experience working with aging adults or people with disabilities

- Undergraduate Degree in Human Development, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Special Education, Human Resources or similar field required.

- Reliable Transportation

- Strong communication and self management

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
