• Be energized by creating a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Get to know your customer, be the inventory expert and highlight items best suited for customer needs.
• Own the selling floor, ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time, and manage schedules and payroll accordingly.
• Observe associate performance and assist if necessary to make a sale.
• Lead social media engagement to drive sales and provide customers with the most up-to-date inventory information.
• Ensure associates capture and create profiles during each transaction to drive customer loyalty.
• Know the neighborhood; the events, artists, local influencers and style-makers.
• Plan engaging and unique events that support community interests and drive sales.
• Question what can be done better.
• Embrace role ownership and be ready to step in for anyone on the management team as needed.

Finally, let’s get into the nitty gritty:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Have 1 or more years of experience in retail.
• Communicate effectively and confidently.
• Process information and operate store systems accurately
• Manage processing and replenishing and keeping the store looking great.
• Available when our customers shop, including: nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in social media platforms and understanding of active engagement.
• Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
