THE ROLE
We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our high-end functional medicine clinic in American Fork, UT. You'll work in person with clients who are ready to optimize their health—through hormone balancing, peptides, fat loss, and full-body wellness.
This is not primary care. This is next-level preventative medicine.
This is an in-person position only — no telehealth or remote work available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct functional consultations: HRT, peptides, GLP-1s, weight loss
- Interpret advanced lab panels create patient-specific protocols
- Draw blood, prep samples, and manage in-clinic lab processes
- Prescribe evidence-based therapies (compounds, injectables, etc.)
- Operate inside our EMR (Aesthetic Record) contribute to SOPs
- Collaborate on clinical strategy as SHIFT grows
REQUIREMENTS
- Utah licensed APRN with active DEA license (Required)
- In-person only – must live locally or be ready to relocate
- Confident with blood draws sample handling
- Experience in functional medicine, HRT, or wellness preferred
- Passionate about patient outcomes, not insurance codes
- Independent thinker with strong communication skills
