Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to grow referral partnerships and increase client admissions for our non-medical home care agency. The ideal candidate understands healthcare networking, community outreach, sales, and local relationship-building.
*****This is NOT social media marketing role. *Success in this position is measured by referral growth, community presence, and new client generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Hospitals
- Rehabilitation centers
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Assisted living communities
- Physicians’ offices
- Social workers and case managers
- Conduct in-person marketing visits and presentations
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings
- Create and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Track referral sources and maintain CRM/database records
- Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and outreach campaigns
- Manage online presence including social media and review generation
- Collaborate with agency leadership to meet census and growth goals
- Identify new business opportunities in the community
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care marketing, hospice marketing, or medical sales preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with outside sales and community outreach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
- Home care industry experience
- Existing relationships with referral sources
- Background in healthcare sales or admissions
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
