Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for schedule of the floor. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who can motivate and manage a team of employees to ensure the highest level of performance . The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, and that all work is completed accurately and efficiently. This position will also ensure warehouses and floor are organized and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
¨ Supervise a team of employees on the floor to ensure efficient and effective operations. (CNC - Hand Trim Prioritized)
¨ Maintain a positive and professional work environment, motivating and inspiring employees.
¨ Ensure all work is completed efficiently, following established policies and procedures.
¨ Monitor employee performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
¨ Assign tasks and monitor performance on the production floor.
¨ Organize and control production schedules to meet customer demand.
¨ Communicate effectively with all floor departments and management to ensure smooth and effective operations.
¨ Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
¨ Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials
¨ Enforce company policies, attendance, and disciplinary procedures
¨ Aid and assist Employee Relations Manager with personnel management
¨ Communicate regularly about inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
¨ Prepare and present production reports to leadership
¨ Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and training materials are current
¨ Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Operations
Education:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Candidates must pass a 2 level interview process. This may include tests to ensure skill measurements are met for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
