What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at Shields Tree and Grading?
Looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team performing erosion control and site stabilization work. Duties may include silt fencing, seeding and strawing, erosion control maintenance, and other general labor tasks.
Starting pay is $15 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance, reliability, and willingness to learn. Lots of overtime opportunities available as well.
No specific experience or education is required, although previous general experience in the field is preferred. we are looking for individuals who:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Show up on time and are dependable
- Are willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- can perform physically demanding work
- take pride in doing quality work
