Who You Are
You are a licensed AZ attorney with at least four years of experience, ready to take the next step in your legal career. Ideally, you’ve spent time working in employment law, but we welcome candidates with a solid foundation in civil litigation who are eager to grow in this practice area.
You have:
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to client service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Admission to the bar in Arizona
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Engage in case strategy development and client counseling
- Appear in court and at administrative hearings
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff
