We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our office during tax season. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks such as answering the phone, taking messages, scheduling appointments. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and update systems to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence and scheduling
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and manage office organization to ensure a productive work environment
Experience
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred, including clerical roles such as receptionist or personal assistant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service responsibilities with professionalism and patience
