Job Summary
Shield Home Loans Inc., a rapidly expanding mortgage brokerage committed to facilitating homeownership, seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Mortgage Loan Officers. This role assists the mortgage bankers in moving loans through the process, taking inbound calls and setting up files, and also doing out bounding calls to bring in more business. Outbound calls provide you with $200 per new loan created from your call. Tiered bonus system, after the 5th funded loan, you receive $500 per loan funded -the more loans created, the higher the commission.

Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the mortgage loan process, providing exceptional service and support.

- Cultivate skills in client relationship management, sales, and
financial consultation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to studying for and successfully passing the NMLS SAFE Act exam within the designated timeframe at 3 -6 months, whenever the candidate is ready.
