- Dedicated Study and Shadowing Period: We provide 2 week minimum of dedicated study time and shadowing experience to prepare you for the NMLS SAFE Act exam (during the initial study period, the compensation is $16.50 an hour until you pass the NMLS exam) transitioning to a 3k guarantee base then to a performance-based compensation plan where our average mortgage brokers make up to $150,000 a year.

- Cultivate skills in client relationship management, sales, and
financial consultation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to studying for and successfully passing the NMLS SAFE Act exam within the designated timeframe.
