JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Contact doctors and healthcare professionals in order to obtain information for order processing and documentationCall Healthcare professionals for information related to prescription requestsType authorization information into computer systemAnswer questions from Healthcare professionals regarding documentation for patient servicesWork renewal reports provided by managementQUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a doctor’s officeStrong computer skillsData entry experienceGood organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailPay:$17-19 / hourCareer-minded individuals will find our business challenging and our reputation for excellence just one of the rewards we have to offer.
