Duties
- Conduct polite, professional, and persistent outreach via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
- Secure milestone payments associated with ongoing installation and service projects.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, set up payment plans when necessary, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while engaging with clients to resolve outstanding balances efficiently and courteously.
- Analyze account histories using our CRM data to determine appropriate collection strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with internal teams on account analysis, revenue cycle management, and industry-specific processes.
Requirements
- Experience in debt collection, credit analysis, or sales with a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to conduct persuasive sales calls and negotiations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) along with CRM systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial concepts including debits & credits and account reconciliation.
- The ability to interpret financial data, conduct account analysis, and perform data entry accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
