Basic Requirements
- Security Certification
- 12 years of experience in a technical field
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- 8 additional years of experience in a technical field may be substituted for a degree
- Core work hours 6am to 6pm. Help Desk Support.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration.
- Configure and manage Windows operating systems and install/load operating systems software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Active Directory
- Group policy
- DHCP
- shared storage and databases
- Certification/Accreditation Security Support.
