Basic Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
  • Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications

Job Description

  • Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations.
  • In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer’s computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe.
  • Provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses.
  • The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.
  • The candidate must be available to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working either Day Shift (0545-1345), Swing Shift (1345-2145), or Mid Shift (2145-0545) to include weekends and holidays.

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
  • Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
  • DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
  • Basic troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly

Desired Experience

  • Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
  • Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
  • Familiarity with Apache NiFi
  • Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
