Marketing Coordinator at Shiel Sexton
Marketing Coordinator is responsible for support and execution of a broad range of marketing activities. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented team player who is focused on helping our marketing and business development departments running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects and provide general marketing and administrative support.
This position requires interaction with numerous business units, development of marketing materials, proposal and presentation materials, graphic design, public relations responsibilities, and event planning.
Role Expectations and Competencies
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications stakeholders in the development of standardized materials used to educate and inform clients about construction services.

Assist with jobsite and event photography.
- Edit and maintain project information sheets and company resumes.
- Maintain CRM database including data collection and updating client, project and personnel experience information.
- Event management support for select internal and external events.
- Print and assemble marketing materials in support of proposal and presentation efforts, including large format printing.
- Process marketing invoices and departmental expense reports.
- Schedule, coordinate and setup for internal and external meetings.
- Manage and oversee distribution of corporate tickets, Pacers Suite, etc.
- Maintain the Client Survey program including distribution, tracking, follow up, and reporting.
- Support the entire Business Development and Marketing team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
This is a position for individuals with:
- 5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or administrative role; or a degree in marketing, business administration or a graphic design field
- Graphic design experience a plus
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
- High degree of attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, along with comfort speaking to all levels within the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Careful listener and effective communicator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects (upwards of 10 per day), prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
- A flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables. Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and internal customer groups
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to solve complex problems in the pursuit of creating new and innovative marketing solutions
