- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices
- Support roadway and construction projects in active work zones
- Operate trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment
- Install and maintain traffic signs and traffic control devices
- Assist with pavement marking operations as needed
- Complete daily documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Work safely in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Construction, traffic control, or pavement marking experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work nights and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Experience operating message boards, arrow boards, or crash attenuators
- Familiarity with traffic control plans and roadway safety practices
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment experience are a plus
