Receiving Coordinator

Shift 1 (United States of America) The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all deliveries are received according to the purchase order and distributed to the appropriate location. Participate in maintaining accurate and orderly inventory. Essential Functions: Unload deliveries coming into Shick Esteve, including very large items requiring skilled fork truck use. Ensure deliveries are free of damage and are according to the purchase order. Receive items in production software. Deliver goods to appropriate departments or inventory location. Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies with purchase order and inventory issues. Accountable for cycle counting and location verification of inventory. Comply with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner. Perform pick up and deliveries for Shick Esteve as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. Accountable for improving the organization of the receiving area. Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 year receiving experience required. Receiving experience in an industrial manufacturing environment highly preferred. Experiences loading and unloading large items. Professional oral and written communication. Basic math and computer skills. Strong time management and organization skills. Ability to operate a fork truck. Ability to frequently lift over 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs/ladders.
