EDUCATION:
Master's Degree in Psychology required
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
• Licensed Master's Level Psychologist required. • Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) status preferred or required based on experience and qualifications.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum five (5) years of experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. • Minimum two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. • Experience conducting psychological evaluations strongly preferred.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Complete Guardianship Evaluations and provide written recommendations.
- Attend court hearings as required for guardianship cases.
- Conduct Level II OBRA evaluations.
- Complete psychological assessments and related evaluations as assigned.
- Identify the need for additional specialty evaluations when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with treatment teams, providers, family members, and community partners.
- Protect and uphold recipient rights and confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in required trainings and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all applicable agency, Medicaid, MDHHS, and regulatory standards.
RANGE OF PAY:
• $255 per completed assessment • $25 per hour for required trainings and meetings
