About the Role
We’re hiring Growth Interns at ASU to help grow a product directly on campus. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.
You’ll help plan events, test growth ideas, create content, and drive user adoption among ASU students.
You’ll work closely with the founding/growth team and have real ownership over results.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and run on-campus activations (mixers, coffee chats, org collabs)
- Drive peer-to-peer growth through friend groups, clubs, Greek life, and dorms
- Create short-form content (Instagram stories, Reels, TikToks)
- Test weekly growth experiments and share insights
- Recruit and support campus ambassadors
- Gather student feedback on what resonates (and what doesn’t)
Qualifications: No prior experience required.
We’re looking for students who:
- Are active in student orgs, Greek life, or social communities
- Are comfortable talking to people and inviting them to events
- Have strong instincts for Gen-Z culture and campus life
- Are reliable, proactive, and organized
- Are interested in startups, marketing, growth, or community building
- Social media or content creation experience
- Event planning or ambassador programs
- Marketing, business, communications, or psychology background
