Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wholesale Representative role based in Brooklyn, NY. The Wholesale Representative will manage relationships with wholesale customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information and pricing. Daily responsibilities include processing and tracking orders, following up on open quotes, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. The role involves proactive outreach to existing and prospective accounts, presenting product options, and identifying opportunities to grow sales. The Wholesale Representative will also handle customer concerns, coordinate with warehouse and operations teams, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and support general sales administration as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building trust.
- Sales and Wholesale experience, including order management, account maintenance, and upselling or cross-selling where appropriate.
