Job Summary

The Data Integrity Administrator supports SHI sales by finding the correct product line, manufacturer sku, item group, and UNSPSC code for each item that SHI needs to use for the sales order and approves new parts. The DIT administrator must work very closely with the Sales team, accounting team and Product Specialists to ensure the orders are processed without any issues. This position reports to the SHI Somerset, New Jersey office.

• Part Approval

• Create service parts in AX for SHI users

• Create Enterprise Variants For Customers' Inventory

• Create Manufacturer IDs And Product Line IDs

• Create BOMs For Sales To Use In Order Entry

• Assist Sales Representatives With Part Creation processes

• Data Clean Up

Skill Level Requirements

• Technologically literate with strong computer skills, including proficiency in the whole Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote) - Basic

Other Requirements

• Completed Associate's Degree or relevant work experience required

• 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
