What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disassembler position at Sherwood Electromotion Inc.?
Must have Mechanical or Electrical aptitude. Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical environment. Knowledge of AC and DC motor dismantling, stripping and re-assembling according to the manufacturer's specification. Ability to use various mechanical tools, power tools and measuring tools. Lubrication of bearing. Installation/Removal of bearings. Perform measurements utilizing mechanical and electrical measuring instruments. Capable of learning and understanding coil and wiring interconnection diagrams. Keen ability to strictly follow documentation and identify and validate a large number of checkpoints during the assembly process. Basic mathematical capabilities with an understanding of sizes and tolerances. Able to follow written and verbal operating instructions. Working Knowledge of Curing Ovens
