Vocational Manager

Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a key leadership role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of CCC Services. This position ensures quality service delivery, compliance with funder requirements, and effective collaboration among clients, staff, employers, and community partners. The Program Manager also supervises program staff and supports the continued development and expansion of CCC programs in alignment with Sherwood’s mission.

• Partner with the CCC Director to develop and implement program goals and services.
• Supervise and support staff in service delivery, training, and performance management.
• Manage multiple contracts, budgets, and funding sources; ensure accurate billing and compliance.
• Monitor caseloads and staffing to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, families, employers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as CARF, County, DVR, and DDA requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold HIPAA and agency confidentiality standards.
• Participate in agency leadership meetings and contribute to organizational strategy.
• Represent Sherwood at community and partner meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with disabilities, ideally in employment services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social services systems and employment support practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
• Ability to pass background checks and a Washington Driving Record Check
