Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in Snohomish, WA. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental delays or medical conditions that may place them at risk. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, creating customized treatment plans, delivering interventions in the child’s natural environment, and collaborating with families to support developmental milestones. The role requires working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure children progress toward individualized goals while fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration to provide effective interventions and support to young children.
  • Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention to address the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Demonstrated ability in working with children, fostering positive relationships with families, and engaging effectively during therapy sessions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within interdisciplinary teams and with families.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
  • Knowledge of best practices in child development, therapy techniques, and related state and federal regulations.
  • Flexibility to provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, daycares, or community environments.
  • Previous experience with Early Intervention programs and populations is highly desirable.
