This role is responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy for Paint items within Paint Stores Group (PSG) to enhance customer satisfaction, sales, profitability, and overall supply chain performance. It supports cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to manage product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions and ongoing demand planning. The role also leads Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives and facilitates Sales and Operational Planning reviews to ensure alignment with customer and brand strategies.
