What are the responsibilities and job description for the R&D- Group Leader position at Sherwin?
This position is accountable for managing the timely development of new and/or improved products/processes in support of business goals and objectives, meeting or exceeding the agreed upon completion dates, and the timely resolution of internal and external technical problems. Presentations will routinely be made to marketing, sales, technical, and manufacturing organizations. This position is also accountable for the prioritization of overall formula improvements for the Woodcare group.
