The role of the Information Technology Junior Analyst is to provide support as a point-of-contact for store personnel, third party vendors, and store installation managers with networking scheduling, execution, and issues that arise. Opportunities within the PSG IT support organizational structure including Store Computer Operations Helpdesk, working existing open cases, providing both incident troubleshooting and problem management for the field.
