Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day execution across BIOS solution, deployment, data, testing, and enabling teams.
- Ensure alignment to BIOS governance standards, including RAID management, meeting cadences, change control, and readiness criteria.
- Drive structured release execution, including Solution Confirmation, SIT, UAT, data conversion readiness, configuration approvals, and cutover preparation.
- Monitor progress across program deliverables and manage dependencies between Solution, Deployment, and Process teams.
- Manage and maintain the Integrated Project Plan (IPP) covering milestones, dependencies, and critical-path items across multiple global releases.
- Facilitate weekly update cycles with Product Directors, Lead PjMs, Deployment Hub Leads, and enabling teams to validate progress and address conflicts.
- Work with PMO Analysts to support reporting dashboards, Gantt charts, and automated governance checks.
- Ensure consistent milestone definitions, task ownership, and predecessor logic across all workstreams.
- Lead RAID reviews, ensure quality entries, and support timely resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Manage escalations through appropriate pathways — team level, entity level, workstream level, and program leadership.
- Partner with BIOS leadership to prepare RAID summaries, program health reporting, status documentation, and leadership decision materials.
- Identify cross-functional risks early, document mitigation plans, and ensure accountability.
- Partner closely with Solution Leads, Deployment Hub Leads, Product Directors, GBPOs, Process Owners, Data Leads, and Testing teams to ensure unified delivery.
- Coordinate handoffs between Solution and Deployment and ensure readiness for downstream activities such as testing, training, and cutover.
- Support alignment across regional sites, clusters, and business units.
- Prepare leadership briefs, Steering Committe materials, program dashboards, and operational readiness updates.
- Consolidate key decisions, escalations, and recommendations into clear, executive-friendly summaries.
- Ensure transparency across teams and communicate program impacts, changes, and timing with precision.
- Identify and drive enhancements to program governance processes, reporting tools, workplan templates, and RAID discipline.
- Coach project managers, leads, and team members on documentation quality, decision clarity, and structured program execution.

- Bachelor's Degree
- If relevant experience is acceptable, the candidate must have three years of work experience for every one year of college education required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10 or more years of experience leading large, complex ERP transformation programs (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated expertise in program management disciplines: workplan creation, dependency mapping, RAID governance, change control, and executive reporting.
- Strong understanding of ERP functional domains (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management, Data).
- Experience leading multi-regional or global deployment programs.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proficient in program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira (for RAID/CR management), Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in complex manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
- Prior leadership in a multi-domain ERP or digital transformation program.
- PMP or similar program management certification.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage complex schedules and dependencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Skilled communicator, capable of simplifying complex topics for executive audiences.
