Responsibilities:
- PAINT KNOWLEDGE IS NOT REQUIRED - WILL TRAIN AND TEACH ON JOB
-Putting up freight in a timely manner and ensuring the warehouse is in safety satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with polices and procedures
- Pull appropiate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quartely, and yearly basis
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not necessary
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Ability to effectively handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have adequate transportation
