What You’ll Do
- Aggressively pursue and close high-volume new and used vehicle sales
- Take full ownership of the customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Leverage expanded used-car inventory to maximize every opportunity
- Build urgency, overcome objections, and confidently present value
- Conduct high-energy test drives that convert into signed deals
- Follow up relentlessly on fresh leads, showroom traffic, and unsold prospects
- Stay locked in on inventory, incentives, and market trends
- Consistently exceed unit and gross profit goals
- Represent Sherrell Chevrolet with confidence, professionalism, and intensity
What It Takes to Win Here
- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred; elite performers from other sales industries encouraged)
- Competitive mindset with a hunger to outperform the floor
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- High energy, thick skin, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to work peak hours, nights, and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
