We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Tax Accountant to join our client's expanding team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compliance with state and local tax regulations while delivering exceptional internal customer service to internal teams. The position also provides opportunities to identify process improvements, implement cost-saving strategies, and participate in special projects as needed. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and a relocation stipend.

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with state and local sales and use tax laws
• Deliver outstanding support to internal operations
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (required)
• CPA or CMI certification (preferred) or candidates actively pursuing certification
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-state sales and use tax compliance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of electronic data
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities
